Madness Gaming Network (MGN) is a PSP Relay server at psp.mgn.pub (Alaska, USA). First set up relay with the PSP Relay on PS Vita (Adrenaline) guide, then:

  1. Open ux0:/pspemu/seplugins/server.txt and replace its contents with psp.mgn.pub.

PPSSPP, real PSP and PS Vita players can all play together on MGN, as long as everyone uses psp.mgn.pub.
